What ink do I need for my SwiftColor SCC-4000D?
The SwiftColor SCC-4000D Oversized Credential printer features single pass print-head technology using dye based ink and prints in beautiful 1200 dpi. Unlike most of our direct-to-card and retransfer ID card printers that use ribbons the SwiftColor SCC-4000D uses ink cartridges. Cards-x sell the full range of Swiftcolor inks, including a maintenance cartridge.
What consumables would the SwiftColor SCC-4000D need?
The SwiftColor SCC-4000D can print on areas up to 107.8mm x 297mm. The SCC-4000D is therefore often used for event badges and tickets. The inkjet print head allows the SwiftColor SCC-4000D to print on PVC and SwiftColor Paper (please enquire for more information).
